Hard nylon shore D61-65. All purpose face suitable for light and heavy duty applications.

With a simple screw on action, this range of white nylon striking faces are designed to keep your Thorex and Thorace hammers working at an optimu level. Easy to change, the striking faces are colour coded to allow easy identification of material type and hardness. The nylon construction makes these striking faces suitable for light and heavy duty applications.

Orange - Medium Hard
For the Thorex nylon faced hammers. Easy to change, simply screw in. The striking faces are colour coded to allow easy identification of material type and hardness.
Orange: polyurethane plastic medium hardness shore D45-55.
Yellow - extra hard: ABS Rockwell R103: extra hard faces for specialist applications only e.g. setting copper armatures.

For the Thorex nylon-faced hammers, these orange colour coded hammer faces are suited for multi-purpose use. Easy to change due to the simple screw in action, the orange colour denotes that the products are manufactured from polyurethane plastic with a medium hardness shore D45-55.

For the Thorex nylon faced and Thorace hammers, these red striking faces have a medium-hard hardness and are suited for light hammering applications and precision use on key components. Easy to change via the simple screw in action, the striking faces are colour coded to allow easy identification of material type and hardness. Manufactured from polyurethane, each face has a medium plastic shore D45-55 and is available in a range of sizes. Hammer head and handle are sold separately.

Kennedy nylon hammerheads are for use with the Kennedy Nylon Faced Hammer they are reinforced for extra strength and to prevent fracturing from off centre strikes. Each nylon hammerhead has a precision moulded screw thread that screws securely into the chrome plate zinc hammerhead.

Replaceable hard nylon face with thread. All-purpose face is suitable light and heavy duty applications and is designed to suit nylon faced hammers and safe blow hammers.

Manufactured from compressed water buffalo hide, these replacement striking faces are designed for use with malleable iron head hammers and split head hammers. Available in a range of sizes to suit your pre-existing hammer.
